Manual Cars

Most people learn to drive in a manual car from the very start. Our manual car driving lessons give you the opportunity after you have passed your driving test to drive either a manual or automatic car.

Lots of student driver’s start to learn in an automatic car and switch over to manual when they have raised their confidence.

Your Homer’s Driving Instructor will make your learning process fun and structured to your ability. We have a strict policy and do not hold learners back. If you’re a quick learner or need an intensive course to pass quickly we are the school for you.

Nervous students need look no further either. Our instructors will not shout at you if you get it wrong. Enthusiasm and encouragement is the key. Our instructors are highly trained and have many different techniques to achieve the same things, so if one method does not help you we have lots of ways of getting you their.

All cars are dual controlled for that extra reassurance and easy to drive.  Our manual cars are air conditioned, small so it is ideal for learning to park, reverse and tackle any narrow roads or junctions, so you can focus on learning the best techniciques.  Most manual cars are suitable for all pupils that are tall or short as all driver chairs can be altered to make driving comfortable for your needs.
